AFS Update & Trend Top Shelf

The start to 2014 has been a good one for Automated Facility Solutions. In speaking with the AFS team, they typically expect to be slower than normal during the opening months of the new year, but this year has been an exception. This has been due to a "TREND" (pardon the pun) we are seeing with property managers and building owners. The bulk of work we've begun in 2014 is there because of customers who have obsolete systems!

In Greenville we are doing an install for a local church that has existing DDC systems that the manufacturer will not support. We at AFS, have the ability to integrate that existing controllers into a web based Trend system.  After realizing the benefits of that, the church asked us to also add controls to the rest of their split systems that only had thermostats. Now they have a complete DDC system that will serve them for the years to come, is easy to operate and will never become obsolete. The best feature of TREND product line is the backwards/forwards compatibility.

Speaking of TREND, AFS is pleased to announce that we were qualified once again as a Top Shelf Trend Technology Center.

Great work to everyone on the AFS team!!!
