Automated Facility Solutions Instrumental In Helping Buildings in Raleigh, North Carolina Achieve LEED Accrediation

Trend Controls Systems (www.trend-americas.com) announced today the recent recognition of Automated Facility Solutions, a Trend Technology Center. In January 2011, the Triangle Business Journal (www.trianglebusinessjournal.com) ran a list showcasing the top twenty-five LEED accredited buildings in Raleigh, North Carolina ranked by square footage. After a review of the
listings, it was determined that six of the top twenty-five buildings obtained this certification due to
the work and efforts of Automated Facility Solutions with Trend Control Systems.

"Genworth, St. Francis of Assisi Community Center, St. Francis of Assisi Early Childhood Learning
Center, Our Lady of the Angels Chapel, the Imperial Tower and Quintiles are all buildings that we
are proud to say that we have worked on,” said Kevin Riley, Division Manager at Automated Facility
